For organizations

AI training your team can use on Monday

We work with school districts, colleges, health systems and nonprofits to make their people capable with AI. Your team practices on a simulation of its own work, improves one real process with us, measures the result and keeps the skill.

Who it is for

Four sectors, one promise

HR and operations leaders, executive teams, and the staff who do the work every day.

School districts

HR, finance, operations.

Where we start

Higher education

Registrar, student services, HR, advancement.

Where we start

Healthcare

Administration and operations only.

Where we start

Nonprofits

Small teams, big missions.

Where we start

Bring your work, not the latest model

We don’t teach the model of the month

Models change every few months. Your work does not change that fast. We show your people how to break their work into steps, see where the time and frustration go, and then use AI the way they would use any good tool: to automate what should be automated and to catalyze the change the work actually needs.

Bring your problems

The training starts with the process that costs your team the most time. Not a generic case study. Yours.

Break it down

Map it, time it, find the waste and the risk. Much of the value shows up here, before AI touches anything.

Then choose the tool

Sometimes that is Claude. Sometimes it is a checklist or a better handoff. The skill your people keep is knowing which.

What we need from you

Small asks, real work

  • One recurring process and the person who owns it
  • A team of 6 to 25 people
  • A 30-minute planning call with us
  • A rough baseline: how long the process takes today
  • Your data rules, so the simulation and the real build respect them

What you leave with

Results you can report

  • One process improved and measured
  • Written rules for what stays human
  • Staff who practiced until they were confident
  • A 30-day plan to keep the gains
  • Progress toward the Yellow Belt for those who want it

After you book

What happens next

01

Listening call

20 minutes on what you are working through and which process hurts most.

02

One-page proposal

Scope, dates and price in plain language, with purchase order details.

03

Your simulation

We build practice scenarios from the shape of your process, with fictional data.

04

The session

Your team practices, decides what stays human, builds and measures.

05

Thirty-day check

We look at the numbers together and agree what comes next.

How to buy

Built for public purchasing

We accept purchase orders and invoice institutions directly. Most on-site days fall within a department leader’s approval authority. Procurement teams will find our entity details on the capability statement.

Questions we hear

Do our staff need to know AI already?

No. Many start with no experience and some with real worry. The simulation gives them a safe place to begin.

What data do you use?

Simulations use fictional records. The real build follows your rules, and we never put student, patient or personnel records into an exercise. Read how we use AI.

Which AI tools do you teach?

Coursework runs on Claude. The method works with the tools your organization has approved.

Do you sell software or diagnostics?

No. We build capacity in your people.

Start with a conversation

Twenty minutes. Tell us which process costs your team the most time, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
